Cleantech for urban transport

Electric motorcycles are often presented as a practical path to cleaner urban mobility in countries where two-wheelers dominate transport. Evaluate the conditions needed for electric bikes to scale successfully: purchase price, battery swapping or charging infrastructure, financing, resale value, maintenance, and electricity supply. How should governments and firms design incentives so that adoption improves air quality and reduces fuel dependence without creating new inequalities or waste problems?
