Disk Usage Explorer (Human & CSV)

Create a CLI that lists largest folders/files with depth control and excludes paths. Support --top 50, --min-size, --csv, --json, and --graph (ASCII treemap). Implement du/PowerShell fallbacks and symlink-safe traversal.
